About this Event

The event will be held at a Library Branch and it will help educate about, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney diseases. Health checks will be given. Debunk myths surrounding organ donation. Games, prizes, and food will be served. Assist dialysis patients with signing up for waitlists. I am a Living Kidney Donor to my close friend on 12/15/16 so educating is a passion of mine to make a difference.
