Forres Tennis Club is serving up a series of fitness days thanks to funding from the Newbold Legacy Trust.Head coach Joe Hargreaves and junior coach Adam Rhind will be teaming up with personal trainer Frances Anderson and yoga expert Faye Starkie for a fun day of fitness aimed at illustrating that engaging in different types of activities can be hugely beneficial.
The tailored days will offer circuits, tennis coaching, LUNCH, fun tennis games all rounded off with yoga.
DATE: Tuesday, April 28
TIME: 9.30am for a prompt 9.45am start. Finish: 2.45pm
LOCATION: Forres Tennis Club, Albert Street, Forres, United Kingdom, IV36 1PR
