Join the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, in partnership with the Lake Superior State University Center for Freshwater Research and Education for a screening of the award-winning documentary, THE FISH THIEF: A Great Lakes Mystery at the Lake Superior State University Arts Center on Thursday September 18 at 6pm.Narrated by J.K. Simmons, the film uncovers the true story behind the near-collapse of the Great Lakes fishery caused by the invasive sea lamprey. This FREE event will be a fun and educational opportunity for folks of all ages interested in the Great Lakes.
The event will begin at 5:00pm when attendees will have an opportunity to visit informational tables from the GLFC and local partners. The event is free and open to the public.
