FREE First Friday Spanish Nights: FLOW, SOUND & SANGRIA

Kick back with smooth vibes, tasty sangria, and good flow at Zen in Libertyville! Free class. All levels welcome!
About this Event

Join Dani for a beautiful evening inspired by the music, warmth, and spirit of Spain. We'll begin with an all-levels Vinyasa Flow set to a Spanish-inspired playlist, connecting breath and movement through a graceful, energizing practice.

We'll slow things down with a relaxing sound bath, allowing you to fully unwind and reset before the weekend.

After class, stay and sip on sangria while enjoying great conversation and even better company.

All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Flow with the rhythm. Relax with the sound. Stay for the sangria.
