Conch Shell Productions’ Conch Shell International Film Festival (CSIFF) is proud to announce its upcoming CSIFF Community Screening on Wednesday September 18 2025 from 5:00 PM–7:30 PM at the Forest Hills Library (108-19 71st Ave Queens NY). This free event invites the community to experience powerful short films by Caribbean heritage filmmakers followed by a live Q&A with the artists.
This fall’s theme “Love in the Caribbean Community” showcases how love informs resilience identity and transformation across the diaspora.

Following the screening audiences are invited to stay for an interactive Q&A with the filmmakers offering a unique opportunity to engage with the artists behind these impactful works.
“Our community screenings are about more than film — they are about connection” said Magaly Colimon-Christopher Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Conch Shell Productions. “We’re creating spaces where Caribbean heritage stories are celebrated preserved and shared with audiences who are eager to see their realities reflected on screen.”
This program is presented in partnership with Queens Public Library and is made possible by a Flushing Town Hall Queens Community Arts Grant.
