You don’t have to be a bun-head to reap the benefits of a barre class. Get in touch with your inner grace in this 45 minute format designed to improve your posture, strength and flexibility. This low impact format is for all levels, so whether you grew up at a ballet barre or never stepped foot in a dance studio you’ll find yourself feeling sweaty and successful every time.
