Group 1 Ages 5–9 | Future Movers
Fun beginner-friendly games with parent participation encouraged
Group 2 Ages 10–13 | Rising Competitors
Relay races, agility challenges, and teamwork activities
Group 3 Ages 14–17 | Teen Athletes
Strength, speed, and athletic competition stations
