Celebrate National Nutrition Month with a FREE family event at the Portage Township YMCA!Join us on March 18 from 5:00–6:00pm for a fun, hands-on hour designed to help families learn simple, practical ways to build healthier habits together.
Enjoy a free healthy snack of fresh carrots & low-fat ranch, then put your knowledge to the test with an interactive Food Group Sorting Game that’s fun for kids and adults alike. Families will also learn how to confidently read and understand Nutrition Facts labels, making grocery shopping and meal planning easier and healthier.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is encouraged. Bring the whole family and celebrate healthy choices together at the Y!
