Free Family Activity: Pond Dipping in the Secret Garden
About this Event
*Bank Holiday Monday will be a pond exploration day in our Secret Garden. Come and discover our new pond and help make it habitable for the creatures that live within it. Please sign up to our event on Eventbrite as booking enables us to ensure we have enough resources and snacks for everyone.
Activities include Pond dipping, planting around the pond and making a clay creature that you can take home.
We will provide snack (no nuts) we will get healthy food that is easy to asses if it has any allergens but cannot guarantee it; please talk to Alex or Felicity (running the session) at the start of the session, if you need any support with this. As this will enable snack to be prepared with specific attention to necessary food separation.
•This session is recommended for 7-13 year olds.
•This activity is for families only; however we welcome community groups and large parties to contact us for separate bookings and activities.
•Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the activity.
•Activities take place in our Gardens and Learning Centre (EC1V 4JJ) situated over the road from the Museum.
•If you can no longer attend the activity, please let us know so that we can give another family the opportunity to participate.
•If anyone in your group has sensory needs please contact us ([email protected]) and we will endeavour to give them an experience that suits their specific needs.
