Clear vision helps us to safely drive, work, read, play sports, and so much more. For doctors, our eyes can even provide a window into our overall health, showing signs of diabetes and other chronic diseases.
That’s why SVCM’s NeighborCare Clinic is teaming up with Black Mountain Family Eyecare this September to offer a free eye clinic for the community!
This clinic is for Swannanoa Valley residents who who do not have eye insurance and may have difficulty affording eye care. All ages are welcome.
Been a while since your last eye exam? Don’t wait - schedule your appointment today!
Each appointment includes:
-eye health screening
-intraocular pressure check
-visual evaluation with a basic pair of glasses if needed
