Free Exploration Art Making - Open Studio

Take a creative pause and explore art your way! This relaxed Open Studio is all about self-expression, play, and mindfulness - no prior experience needed. Experiment with paints, pencils, collage, or any materials available, and enjoy a supportive, welcoming space to create freely.

Whether you want to unwind, try something new, or simply enjoy some mindful art-making, this session is for you. No rules, no pressure, no right or wrong - just creativity!

• Dates: Every fortnight starting Friday 17th April
• Time: 2pm - 3:30pm
• Location: Parramatta Medicare Mental Health Centre (Ground Floor, Suite One/150 George St, Parramatta NSW 2150)

Open to all adults aged 18 and above
