Join TNY's very own 300-hour yoga student teacher, reiki practitioner, sound healer and local Boise mental health therapist for this very special offering to welcome in Spring.
This Yin Yoga class integrates the calming energy of tuning forks and Reiki healing to deepen your practice and promote relaxation. Through slow, intentional stretches held for several minutes, combined with the vibrational frequencies of tuning forks, the body’s energy centers are harmonized, allowing for a greater sense of balance. Reiki energy is channeled throughout the session to support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
