Kicking off bright at 8am on Saturday, Hatha yoga class runs for one hour in the beautiful Bert Wright Park, followed by a healthy breakfast, filled with love to be enjoyed in the park. With a gentle flow and variations to challenge yourself, this class is suitable for all levels. Please bring along a yoga mat, sunglasses and a bottle of water.
