Free Evening Yoga at Beachy Head

The Beachy Head Ambassadors are hosting a FREE yoga session which is being led by local yoga instructor Ashley from Lotus Lessons.

We will meet just before 6:30pm on the area of grass opposite the Beachy Head Pub. Look out for the Beachy Head Ambassadors in their bright green polos and navy jackets, as well as our flag to find us.

The yoga session is for all levels and is all about relaxation and enjoyment, so no need to be an expert, Ashley will guide you through it!

• Bring your own yoga mat or towel and water.
• IT may be cold so bring plenty of warm layers and even a blanket for the relaxation part of the session!

There will be a limit of 50 spaces so book your slot.

If you find you are unable to attend, please select "cancel order" on Eventbrite so that someone else can have that spot.

In case of bad weather we will notify the group ahead of the session to let you know that it is cancelled but fingers we get a beautiful sunny evening!

With 6 years of experience, she offers yoga to people of all levels and incorporates mindful movement and meditation into all her sessions.
