Please note, this is not a drop-in session — participants are expected to attend the full course. The course is for Hackney residents only, and all attendees are required to complete a registration form upon enrolling.

Deposit: £5 refundable deposit, returned at the end of the course with 100% attendance. Exceptional circumstances will be considered if communicated.

This energising Soca Zumba course combines African and Caribbean-inspired music and dance styles with traditional Zumba moves to create a vibrant, full-body workout. Featuring easy-to-follow steps influenced by salsa, meringue, and soca rhythms, this class is perfect for complete beginners who want to get active and have fun in a welcoming environment.
