Being an empath is to walk a different road in life, one which we are usually not given a map. Like all of life being an empath can be a joy and a challenge. Empaths rarely get to get together to discuss these joys and challenges, much less share what we have learned and things that can support us on this journey.
In these Being and Empath groups we will do just that. Share, learn and laugh.
We will discuss what it means to be an empath and discuss how it impacts day to day life. We will also discover tools to improve your quality of life. Learn about some of the pitfalls of all empaths, and how to steer your life away from these pitfalls. We will also discuss how to avoid the emotional exhaustion that often comes with being an empath. Being an empath can be a rich and fulfilling life. Join us and pick up some tools for creating a healthier and more balanced life.
