Free educational health seminar- What your body is telling you

Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Alfred Bonati and neurosurgeon Dr. Thomas Nowak are hosting a free, catered informational seminar for the Sarasota community at Der Dutchman on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

With the intention of giving back to the community that has supported their practice for over 40 years, they hope this educational talk will help the public gain a deeper understanding of the back, neck, and/or leg pain they—or their loved ones—may be experiencing.

They will discuss topics such as:

• Different types of back, neck, and leg pain

• Where these pains originate

• What causes and worsens this pain

• Solutions that can alleviate these pains without undergoing invasive surgery
