5:30 - 6:00 PM Warm-Up: Shamanic Journey with Natalia Leginowicz: relax, close your eyes, and let the rhythmic drumming take you on a journey to a peaceful forest. Here, you’ll meet your spirit animal—a wise guide who’ll help you tap into ancient wisdom and clarity. As you drift deeper into the beat, you’ll connect to nature and receive insights to carry with you into the new year. Minimal words, maximum connection. 🌲🐺

6:00 - 7:15 PM Ecstatic Dance with DJ Isha Now: Embody Your Spirit Animal: now it’s time to unleash your wild side! Join DJ Isha Now for an exhilarating dance experience where you’ll embody the strength and freedom of your spirit animal. Let go of what no longer serves you and step into the flow of your true essence. The music will guide you through this joyous, transformative dance session—no experience is required, just bring your energy and willingness to move! 🎧✨

7:15 - 7:45 PM Cool Down: Quantum Jumping with Monika Burra: after all that movement, we’ll ground ourselves in a powerful Quantum Jumping circle. Guided by Monika Burra, you’ll use breathwork and journaling to envision your radiant future self. Step through the doorway into a version of you that’s confident, peaceful, and full of vitality. Feel the wisdom of your future self settle into your body as you seal your journey with gratitude and intention. Bring your journal to capture your reflections and visions for the year ahead! 📖💫

7:45 - 8:00 PM Closing Circle

🕺 What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice where you can move however you feel without any judgment or concern for the "right" way to dance. It's a space for you to be yourself, let go of stress, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.

The Blessings of Ecstatic Dance:

• BE PRESENT (no phones or cameras)
• EMBODIMENT (no talking or verbal communication)
• CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)
• BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others' space, crossed arms or looking away means “NO”
• GROUNDING (no outside shoes)
• BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.

This event is produced by Just More Theater Inc., a non-profit 501 (c3) theater company dedicated to promoting arts education in schools as well as Isha Now, an organization spreading joy and bliss through movement and meditation.
