Join us for a relaxing sound bath to start your earth day celebrations. We will begin by sampling a chaga tea together with a short discussion with Dyanna of it's grounding health benefits.Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillows whatever you need to lay comfortably on the floor. ( we will also have a few to use )
Abigail will lead us through a gentle guided meditation to assist us in aligning with gratitude for all of the earth's many blessings with the healing benefits of crystal sound bowls.
