Come join us for an informative session on The Texas Homebuyer Program! It is a TDHCA program dedicated to providing funds for down payment and closing cost assistance, or a lower interest rate for those who don't need financial assistance. It's for Texas homebuyers only with flexible options. I’ll also briefly explain down payment assistance programs (DPA) in general in our area. We’ll also play a real estate trivia game at the end with small prizes.
