Come join me for a FREE (donation-based) session by the water on Sunday the 2nd.

This POP-UP is on the South Pointe Pier. A 45-minute sessions designed to help you reset, recharge, and soak in the ocean energy. No experience needed- just come as you are.

We’ll gather by the ocean, lay back on yoga mats (I’ve got you covered), and let the sound of crystal singing bowls + waves bring you back into your body.
