The owner of Tempe Marketplace its agents and representatives and Pup Festival LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any injury loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in the Pup Festival dog event. In consideration of my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks dangers, and hazards associated with my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself my animal and/or others).

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement that I have executed this agreement voluntarily and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself my heirs executors administrators and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.

ALCOHOL

Guests must present a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age or older to purchase an alcoholic beverage at the outdoor bar. Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted outside of designated areas within The District. Restrictions apply. Visit Copper Blue’s Live outdoor bar for details.

CROWD RELEASE/NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering an event or program of Pup Festival LLC you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Pup Festival LLC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
