Free Dementia Station Activities

Age UK Hounslow warmly invites you to join us for our free Dementia Station at our Southville Community Centre.
This friendly and relaxed session offers a safe and supportive space for people living with dementia, their families, carers and members of the local community to come together for conversation, companionship and support. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and cakes whilst taking part in a reminiscing session, Art & Crafts or Adaptable Sports all designed to encourage conversation, memories and social connection in a calm and welcoming environment.
The café also provides an opportunity for carers to meet others in similar situations, share experiences and build supportive friendships within the community.
Whether you are living with dementia, caring for a loved one, or simply looking for information, support or social connection, everybody is welcome to attend.
