Join us on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st from 9am–1pm for a free yoga festival that brings together movement, mindfulness, and community to celebrate over 20 years of Free Day of Yoga in Austin.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned pro, there's something for everyone:🧘 All-levels mini classes like Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hip Hop Vinyasa, and Yin💫 Special workshops in Katonah, Inversions, Breathwork, and a dreamy Sound Bath💫 Local vendors, giveaways, and raffles from incredible businesses like ATX Cold Brew, Rowan, Verbena, Nuvitru Wellness, Hey Freya and more!💫 Good vibes and even better company

No experience? No problem. Just bring your open heart and be ready to move, breathe, and connect. Let’s make this Labor Day one to remember!

Special Instructions: Make sure to register for which classes you'd like to take, they will fill up! Also, arrive early for parking, which is available in front of the studio and around back by the medical center.
