Have the day off school or out of work? Join us as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., with a day of celebration and reflection. Enjoy multicultural performances and add your creativity to our community mural. Interact with community members and learn more about the ongoing struggle for civil rights and equity through artifact investigation, chats with our curators and videos highlighting King’s most iconic speeches. All three floors of the museum will be open for families to explore our galleries.
Visitors are encouraged to make a monetary donation of any amount, in lieu of canned goods, via Dip Jars to Gleaners Food Bank.
