Join former Radio City Rockette, Abigail Gatlin, for an energizing 90-minute master class that takes you from warm-up to full-out performance. You'll dive into the fundamental techniques that show up in every professional class and audition room, building the solid foundation every dancer needs. Then put it all into action as you learn a sleek precision jazz combination that'll challenge you and showcase what you can do. Whether you're gearing up for auditions or simply want to dance with more confidence, this class will help you get there.
Abigail Gatlin is a New York-based performer, choreographer, educator, and adjudicator. Originally from Tennessee, she has 15 years of experience performing in musical theatre and precision dancing. Her passion lies in creating challenging yet nurturing environments for learning with extensive teaching experience in ballet, jazz, theatre styles, and audition technique for dancers ages 9 to 22. Known for her work as a master class precision instructor, Abigail’s strengths include the skills to create a supportive, fun environment while holding dancers to their best. She leads classes ranging from private to 70 dancers and encourages dancers to develop and radiate confidence. Highlights from Abigail’s career include her work in New York as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette and international and domestic tours of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Her experience in regional theatre includes The Producers, La Cage Aux Folles, CATS, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, and Shrek. Abigail’s enthusiasm for dance and theatre is infectious and her smile lights up a room.
