The class is free and open to all, YMCA of Greenwich members and non-members alike. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled before class starts. Wear proper athletic clothes and shoes. For your convenience, multiple spacious, full-service locker rooms are available throughout the building. Bring water to stay hydrated if you'd like. Come as you are and find the joy in movement! We can't wait to see you here!
