Hadyn Tapp serves as the Organization & Employee Development Specialist for the City of Newport News. With over 20 years of management and leadership experience, she oversees the strategy and execution of comprehensive organizational training programs, focusing on unlocking employee potential, driving business results, and supporting a continuous learning culture. As a facilitator and development strategist, she designs and delivers high-impact training sessions centered on leadership development, interpersonal communication, and cultivating high performing teams. Outside of work, she balances her passion for professional growth with family life. Hadyn enjoys reading, traveling, and is an enthusiastic foodie. On weekends, you can often find her cheering from the sidelines as a dedicated soccer mom.
