Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Cross-Training workout at our Sparks studio during Memorial Day weekend! Bring friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!
Join us at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. #102)! The studio is located in the back of the Vineyards Professional complex on Sparks Boulevard.

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
