07:45 - 08:00 - Intro, grounding and warm up
08:00 - 08:30 - Vinyasa flow aimed at strength and flexibility
08:30 - 08:45 - Cool down, relaxation

This event is for women of all ages and backgrounds! Women only - no men or children.
