Cornish Cider Company is a small cellar cidery located on 20 acres of young orchard, field, and forest in Cornish, Maine. Owners Jacqueline and Jared Carr focus on creating ciders made from wild yeasts and wild seedling apple varieties found in and around Cornish along with specific apples from local orchards.
