CLASS DESCRIPTION:Strengthen your core muscles with this easy-to-follow class that incorporates small pilates and yoga inspired movements on and off the mat. In this class each movement combination is timed with short intervals, leaving your body feeling fatigued but strong. Options will be given for those who need modifications or would like to increase difficulty.
Drop-in, no registration required!
