Join us with a free dance masterclass! It is free for all current IVC students, staff and faculty!!A contemporary master class designed to help you expand your strength and flexibility while finding moments of “play” where your unique personal expression can flourish. The class will progress through an eclectic series of floor exercises, barre, and center floor combinations rooted in ballet, jazz, pilates, yoga, and active stretching techniques. The class will be followed by a Q&A where Nikiya will answer your questions and share insights from her experience as a working freelance dancer, choreographer, and creature actress.
