Maegan took her first yoga class back in high school and learned that it would be part of her life moving forward. Yoga became her safe haven during moments of change in her life: military PCSes, during times of injuries, and most impactfully her journey through pregnancies and postpartum. After the birth of her first daughter, Maegan wanted to deepen her practice and share her love of yoga. A CrossFit Level 1 instructor for 14 years.
