Join our community for a free class! Meet your new instructors and try "samples" of our new classes. If you are new to movement or Embody, this is a perfect first class to try. Class styles will range from yoga, mindful barre and core-centered pilates.

All are encouraged to take breaks when needed and listen to their body - move in a way that connects you in mind and body.

After class all will be invited for a time of coffee and connection as meet to support a local coffee shop - Cracked Pot Coffee in downtown Carlisle.
