Drop-in Community Yoga! Join us at 6pm on TUESDAYS this summer (June 3rd through August 26th) on the hill of Tunnel Park, Holland, MI for an all-level Body Soul Flow Yoga, while you enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Michigan and breathe in the fresh air!This is a FREE of charge event. Free will donation is welcomed to support a non profit Journey of Hope Yoga studio https://journeyofhopeyoga.org/ which provides fee-free yoga classes for anyone who want to come.
No need to sign up. No “yoga” experience is needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma informed, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! If you are an experienced yogis, let's go deeper into the practice.
Grab a mat, water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two!
