Park at dock of lake, walk thru the pathway by water or through the old overflow parking area, we sit up on the berm looking towards the lake.
Dress comfortably, bring favorite blanket, pillow, cushions-everything you need to relax comfortably. Lie back & allow yourself to surrender & release thru meditation, essential oils (optional) & soothing natural energy.
Surrender into the breath, beautiful outdoor surroundings & be guided to a deep energetic opening & connection to You
