Gather in community as we heal together. Reiki is a deeply relaxing and restorative energy healing practice that works by channeling universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal. Each participant will receive a short Reiki session followed by a soothing sound bath to help further calm the nervous system. Herbal tea will be provided at the end.
Please bring something comfortable to lay on and a journal if you wish to write about your experience. Chairs can be provided upon request. Donations are welcome but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
