Join Cook Children’s and Mothers' Milk Bank of North Texas at the Las Vegas Trail Demonstration Kitchen for a FREE community nutrition class for moms who are breastfeeding, attempting to breastfeed or expecting.
Participants will get to:
• Prepare a tasty recipe they can also make at home.
• Learn more about the benefits of breastfeeding for mom and baby.
• Ask breastfeeding questions to a Certified Lactation Consultant.
• And more!
