Mobility loss affects 33-50% of those ages 65+.
It can cause injury and falls and is often the reason that older adults are unable to stay in their home.
Join SSM Health Therapy Services team members for a FREE mobility screening to determine fall risk. Participants will be given tailored recommendations based on their health history and screening performance.
Open to all. No registration is required – assessments will take place on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: This event is funded through a grant from APTA Geriatrics, which works to promote annual mobility assessments for older adults. Data gathered from the event may be shared with APTA if the community member (who will remain anonymous) consents.
