FREE Community Mindfulness Hike
About this Event
Medi8 Your Safe Space for Healing & Bmore Good Co invite you to slow down and reset on Sunday, outside with us. We plan to walk the Loggers Trail.
This hike isn't about speed or distance. It's about being present, breathing a little deeper, and letting nature do some of the work.
Along the way, we will pause for simple mindfulness practices to help you notice what's around you and what's within you.
Sometimes we need a reminder that we don't have to carry everything alone. Healing and growth happen in community, one step at a time. Come as you are. We'll walk together.

What to expect
A beginner friendly stretch session before we start our hike, along with intentional breathing.
Our group will be very relaxed pace, taking time to connect with one another, enjoy nature, take time to breath, and self reflect. No experience with hiking or mindfulness is needed.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes you can walk in, water, and weather appropriate layers. Feel free to bring your own lunch and snacks to enjoy during our break along the way.
