Join us for a free guided meditation led by Leslie Pearlman, open to all and livestreamed to the studio via Zoom. These monthly sessions take place at 8am on the Saturdays and Sundays preceding our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training intensives.
Arrive a few minutes early, dress comfortably and bring writing materials, as reflection and journaling are part of the practice. You are welcome to attend just the meditation or register and stay on for the yoga class that follows.
All are invited—no prior experience needed. This is an in-person session; we do not offer Zoom sessions.
