This powerful 90-minute class offers a full-body tune-up, working to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, awaken vitality, and cultivate inner resilience. No prior Kundalini experience required. Kundalini Yoga focuses on clearing energetic blocks in the body through breathwork, rhythmic movement, and mantra.
