Give-it-a-go fitness sessions designed to support your health and hauora in a welcoming, encouraging environment. Scalable for all fitness levels — whether you're just starting out or getting back into it. Bring comfortable workout gear, a water bottle, a towel, and your positive vibes!
🌺 Pasifika Pop Up Play
A vibrant celebration of Pacific culture — transforming the space into a joyful environment for tamariki, rangatahi, and aiga to play, learn, and connect.
🎮 Play Zone — group games & active movement (taulafoga, hiko, sapo & more)
🎨 Play Station — creative & cultural activities
🤝 Play Square — rest, reflection, and connection
Guided games, one-on-one engagement, and a closing talanoa/celebration
👥 Who Can Join:
Everyone is welcome — tamariki, rangatahi, pakeke — all ages and abilities. Come solo, with friends, or bring the whole whānau and aiga!
