To die well and minimise burden on your family requires thought and planning. In this free workshop hosted by Warrnambool and District Community Hospice's, community members can learn more about advance care planning, power of attorney, wills and other considerations necessary to adequately prepare for the final chapter of life.
The workshop will be presented by Dr Eric Fairbank, Hospice founder and author of "The Manual for Living and Dying in Style".
