Join Vilma and Ana for this FREE Community Event that will be the culminating event of our Sierra Vista Yoga Festival and help us close the weekend in community, movement, and joy.
This special 60-minute experience begins with ecstatic dance—an invitation to move freely, express authentically, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no expectations beyond showing up as you are.
From there, we'll gradually transition into a restorative sound bath, allowing the energy of movement to settle into stillness. Surrounded by soothing vibrations and healing sounds, you'll be invited into a space of deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal.
Together we'll celebrate the connections, experiences, and inspiration of the festival weekend before sending one another back into the world a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more connected.
No dance experience necessary. No yoga experience necessary.
Bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that will help you relax during the sound bath.
Come move. Come celebrate. Come rest.
