Meadows Family Dentistry is proud to host a Free Community Dental Event for children whose families do not have dental insurance and cannot afford dental care.
Illinois requires children entering Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th grades to have a completed dental examination and school dental form. To help local families, we will be providing:

🦷 FREE School Dental Forms
This charitable event is intended to support underserved and low-income families and help children meet school dental requirements before the new school year begins.
