Let's Move Together, Rise Together ✨We’re kicking off the year the way Ascension Pilates was built — in movement, connection, and community.
Join us for a complimentary 80-minute outdoor class led by our team of instructors, designed to welcome women of all levels onto the mat. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates and yoga or a longtime client, this class is the perfect way to experience what our studio is all about.
This special community class will flow through three styles:
🧘♀️ Begin with Amber – a grounding yoga warm-up and breathwork to center the body and calm the mind
💪 Flow with Missy – core-focused exercises to activate, strengthen, and energize
🔥 Finish strong with Ashley – a Sculpt-style circuit to build endurance, power, and confidence
Together we’ll move, sweat, breathe, laugh, and leave feeling stronger than when we arrived.

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM (80-minutes)
📍 Location: Outdoor class at Ascension Pilates & Wellness
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Registration is required in advance. This class is complimentary, but spots must be reserved online. We will not be able to accept walk-ins, so please be sure to sign up ahead of time.
• Yoga mat & tennis shoes are required. This class is outdoors and includes dynamic movement, so proper footwear is a must.
• Dress for the weather! Since this is an outdoor class, layers are recommended depending on the temperature that morning.
• Ages 18+ only. For safety and liability purposes, this event is open to adult women only.
• Bring a friend! This is the perfect opportunity to invite your bestie, sister, coworker, or neighbor to come experience Ascension Pilates with you.
This morning is about more than just a workout. It’s about starting the year surrounded by supportive women, positive energy, and movement that makes you feel GOOD.
