Note: This is a Free Community Class, tickets are required due to limited space. Join us for a free community class exploring simple ways to cook with honey and fresh herbs! In this relaxed discussion, we’ll share a few of our favorite ways to use honey in everyday cooking. Guests will learn how to make a light honey-herb vinaigrettes, simple glazes, and fresh seasonal dressings that pair beautifully with summer produce.
We’ll also talk about how different herbs complement honey’s natural flavors and how small additions in your kitchen can create vibrant, seasonal dishes.
Guests will receive a small recipe handout featuring a few of the recipes discussed so you can recreate them at home. Perfect for home cooks, gardeners, and anyone who loves experimenting with fresh flavors in the kitchen.
