This free, heart-centered gathering invites you to slow down, reflect, and thoughtfully set the tone for the year ahead.Together, we’ll decorate the cover of a new composition notebook—transforming it into a personal intention journal for the year. You’ll be guided through reflective activities such as choosing a word for your year, selecting an inspirational quote, and writing meaningful prompts on select pages—creating a journal you can return to again and again throughout the year.
This evening is about presence, possibility, and starting fresh with purpose—held in community and guided with care.
